Help Center
Account & Verification
How do I create a Bitegit account?
Tap Sign Up, verify your email with the one-time code, then set a password. Some features (P2P trading, withdrawals) require identity verification (KYC) first.
I can't log in — what should I check?
Confirm you're using the correct email and password. If you've forgotten your password, use "Forgot password?" on the login screen to reset it via an emailed code.
Security
How do I enable two-factor authentication (2FA)?
Go to Profile → Security, then turn on Email OTP 2FA. Every login and sensitive action (withdrawals, whitelist changes) will require the code sent to your email.
What is a withdrawal address whitelist?
It's a list of addresses you've pre-approved for withdrawals. Adding or removing an address requires 2FA confirmation, and newly added addresses are held for a short security period before they can be used.
Deposits & Withdrawals
How long do deposits take to appear?
Crypto deposits are credited after network confirmation; timing depends on the coin and network you chose. Check Transactions in your wallet for live status.
Why is my withdrawal pending?
Withdrawals are reviewed for security before release. You'll get an email update on approval or if we need more information. You can cancel a still-pending withdrawal from Transaction details.
Spot & P2P Trading
What fees does Bitegit charge?
See the published Fee Schedule for current spot maker/taker rates. P2P trades between users have no Bitegit fee; only your counterparty's advertised price applies.
Is my P2P trade protected?
Yes — the seller's crypto is locked in escrow the moment an order is opened and only released once the buyer's payment is confirmed, or a dispute is resolved by our support team.
